I haven't studied video production in school, but can I still apply?
A
It doesn't matter whether you have previously studied media or video production. Our senior staff will teach you the basics of video production and editing software after you join the company. There is no need to worry if you haven't attended a vocational school for filming techniques. Anyone with a strong desire to work in the video industry is welcome to apply.

How are the programs you are assigned to decided? Will my preferences be considered?
A
Assignments are determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of individual aptitude, considering factors such as interviews and training, combined with the nature of the program. Therefore, you may not be assigned to your preferred position.
Q
Are there transfers to other branches?
A
Basically, there are no transfers to other branches, but production staff who request one may be assigned to the Nagoya Production Department.
Q
Is it possible to transfer from production to field production after joining the company?
A
You cannot change the job category you selected at the time of application. Please be aware that both production and technical positions are highly specialized roles, and changing positions after joining the company is generally not anticipated.
