Message from President
People often ask me about the story behind our company name, The Far Eastern TV Entertainment.
Since our inception, rather than settling for the domestic market alone,to share Japanese contents with the rest of the world, while a primary focus on East Asia, has been our main driven.
This is the reason that I chose the letters for the company name, with Mandarin Chinese in mind.
As the saying goes, "a name reveals the essence," and, for sure, we are toward realizing the vision we held at our founding.
We will create new value by generating a synergy between the expertise we have cultivated in video production and our global networks. As has always been true, survival is impossible for those who settle for the status quo or stop at simply maintaining it.
Our mission is not only to build new businesses but also to contribute to society through entertainment.
Providing people with dreams, hope, inspiration, and joy is not just about broadcasting visual contents, but also about listening to their authentic voices. Remain mindful of others, striving to support the next generations and advance the industry as we aim to be a beacon that brightens society.
While times change, we remain committed to our principle of "fluidity and constancy," striving to be a source of joy for everyone.
